I knew it! I knew the show tied into a toyline somehow! It was waaaaaay too pretty and colorful not to. Man, I would've been all over this as a kid. Now, if only they had a show based on the Cupcakes dolls...

Wow...I remember watching the show as a very young child (circa 1997). I don't know why but it stuck in my mind all these years. I'm now seventeen and have recently rediscovered it. :) I wish I could find the toys; I never knew they had any.

Never knew the toys had a commercial, I actually found the toys (in a smaller size) at a Dollar Store for when I was a kid and i bought them, I actually still have them today with some problems, one of Happy Ness's arms are broken off, Silly Ness is the same along with his Jester Day and Lovely Ness is still together xD
