A lot of people are hooked by the low costs of these things, but they forget about the low revenue they deliver also. It's been tried many times and it just doesn't work.

fucking tuktuk's. Every person on the planet that has spent time in Thailand has had the idea of starting a tuktuk company back in their home countries. Its funny once when you'[re stoned and then thats it

there is already no place to move cars in London, especially in the central London - e.g. Oxford and Picadilly - this would completely make the streets a mess
