@MTD45 Granted, you can't stop the aging process completely, but you can slow it down. Life doesn't have to end simply because you're not in your 20's anymore. I'm pushing 60 and, thanks to a pretty healthy lifestyle (no smoking or drinking, regular exercise, fair if not perfect diet) still feel pretty good. I decided long ago that I wasn't going to grow old gracefully, that I was going to give it one hell of a fight, and I feel sorry for anyone who counts their age in years.
