The most interesting thing here is a reflection of Punjab Gharana on a western drum ... (visually difficult to accept ), but if u close ur eyes and listen carefully..its just awesome. I think the bandish is on raag Sahana ..and thats making it even more attractive ...

The only few good drummers that I knew so far was Shivamani, Trilok Gurtu, Mukul Dongre and limited few others. I added one more ..this guy called Talis!!. I could clearly hear Panditji's talims in his style. But the only complain is this 3mts video, did not satisfy my heart. Just when I was expecting more ..its ended up. Whish to hear more such compositions ..especially in regard to Soundscape
