Yup, this is Korean Tae Kwon Do Taegeuk (pattern) 10 - Poomse
Not Chinese Wushu dui lian (the actual name of the patterns the ignorant call "Kung Fu"). Not Japanese Karate kata.
On another hand this is something Chinese might call "Kung Fu" - because that's what they call a high level of mastery in a skill.
