Hi I'm Panty Castro, today I'll be regurgitating everything I read out of last weeks Muscle & Fiction magazine (because magazines never lie). First, I use a suicide grip with the hope that it may one day kill me and end this horrible excuse for manhood I call being alive. But since I never lift any weights and only the bar, that will probably never happen. I'm just too much of a goddam pansy to lift even one pound heavier.
