What kind of cardiologist OD's somebody with proprophal and gives them a heart attack and is out of the room at the time talking on the phone to girlfriends. Then comes back to find him dead and does not call the ambulence for an hour "because he did not know the address" but calls the kid upstairs to watch him give CPR incorrectly on a bed? Something don't smell right. Only 4 years for murray? You got to be kidding. Why don't you just slap him on the wrist and let him go.

I give Tom Mesereau worship. I feel so appreciative of the fact that he believed in Michael Jackson and took over his case when Michael needed him most. After the case was over, he also guided Michael. I will always respect Mr. Mesereau for how he treated Michael in life and death.

@MrsMJ2007 I agree with you. Tom Mesereau is a very Decent guy & as a lawyer he treated MJ with dignity. I respect him

@kikitiki92...Exactly! Murray pled not guilty because he said he was in the "wrong place at the wrong time." I believe Murray knew he was taking a risk with Michael's life always injecting him with propofol, especially when he knew there were already other medications in his system. Some legal analysts are predicting Murray will only get probation without serving any time whatsoever. It's so disheartening.

I agree! He was neglegent. He deserves to be convicted of first degree. It's absurd how they've reduced the charges. Murray has the audacity to still act as if he's an innocent man caught up in a bad situation. He doesn't see any thing he has done as wrong. If he was a cardiologist he had no right administer ansthesia, regardless if it had been upon the patients request. He has no justification. Murray is a pathetic excuse of and a doctor, and an disgrace to medical proffesionals.

I still am in awe. I can't believe they've reduced the charges to involuntary manslaughter. The justice system is such a disgrace at times. Well Murray will get his, i'm sure of that. And he better not be found innocent either, Murray is as guilty as they come. Involuntary means you had no intetion to do it, i'm pretty sure he wasn't oblivious to the fact he was being careless.

EXACTLY, very well said !
Remember, these are the same prosecutors that failed in
convicting OJ Simpson and Phil Spector?
They are not the best of prosecutors and they know this, thus, they could not attempt to file 2nd degree murder charges, because they know they are lacking as prosecutors, they know this well !!!

Murray's days are numbered ! I predict that someone in jail
will do him in or with the pressure on him, he could
do everyone a favor and do himself in !!! Time will tell......
-
Any man with 4 yrs. of medical school knows what they are doing something that will harm or kill a patient !
Murray knew dam-well what he was doing, taking Michael's
life into his hands and taking advantage of MJ's complete trust !!! Its beyond disgusting, what he is getting away with,
just dispicable and definately NOT ANY JUSTICE FOR MJ!
What lawyer are you speaking of? If you are talking about Tom Mesereau, the lawyer in this video, he is an outstanding civil rights lawyer. Remember he was the one who represented Michael Jackson in his defense against the false child molestation charges filed by the Arvizo family. Tom never smiles. He always keeps a very serious expression. He is a very good man and I thank him so much for fighting for Michael.

Michael wouldn't want that. Besides, Murray and the others that harmed Michael will pay. I didn't really expect much from LA prosecutors anyway. They don't exactly have the best reputation when it comes to criminal charges.
