Hey mate, look with some of your comment's on your workout's. Maybe you should research a little further into what works what, the close grip push-ups work your triceps and centre part of your chest, the wider ones work the outer and medial part of your chest, Your doing them wrong if you feel it in your collar bone. None of these work your biceps at all. If you did as many as you could with slow controlled repetitions and completed 5 in oppose to 10-15 it would work contract and work that musc
