  • Hey that looks like fun, is it really from 1907 though? Looks like they've used the old film effect from windows movie maker

  • Nope. It's really old, old film.

  • just for those of you who may not already know,

this is called icarian games, its a very old and very hard circus art mainly done by brothers.

type in icarian games on youtube and it will come up with cirque du soleil, one of the greatest circuses of all time, it includes an icarian games act which is simply amazing

just thought i'd spread the word :)

  • Human Kendama

  • She's not that flexible O_O

  • video was dope, music was stupid as hell

  • The music is also accurate to the era, as composed by Ulysses T. Washington aka "DJ Ham Hocks Jenkins" on two phonographs and a megaphone.

  • @Mattfromdidsbury Its definitely fake, that music wasnt around in 1907

  • @orkid1990 Actually in Japan it is called Echigo Jishi or Kakubei Jishi, and it is a form of acrobatics originally from Niigata that used to be performed by children as street artists. There are still some places in Niigata where kids perform (not as impressive as these two guys on the video) during local festivals.

  • AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • すげー!!明治時代の日本!!バンザーーイ

  • Amazing O.O
