  • Hi, I just bought some almonds and bananas to make this, but couldn't find a strainer so I bought some tights! I'm sure that'll work. Why not blend the almonds in the water you soaked them in? Anyway I'll try this tomorrow when they're soaked and tell you about it.

  • Hi, Richard. You'll want to discard the almond soak water and use fresh water for the shake.

    Jenna : )

  • Yummy. I'm making this. How do you like Florida? I'm in So Cal but dream of moving to Fl all the time!

  • Florida is great, but southern California is really nice, too : )

  • Stevia could be used instead of Agave also...

  • How much ice did she use? She never mentioned the amount. Thanks for the video...just got vitamix and was wondering how to make almond milk.

  • I love this recipe, its a regular at my house. The only difference is I blend all in 1 shot and then strain it. And i don't use the ice. I like the milk as is. This is a big hit with my non raw family members. Thank you Jenna for showing this wonderful recipe.

(P.S if folks don't have vanilla you can still make this. I like it both ways)

  • I am at the beginning of day four for a 30 day raw diet. It will be easier with your delicious looking recipes. Thanks.

  • I loooove almond milk. Will be trying to make my own now. That shake looked wonderful, thanks for the tips.
