  • @Flyingtart You just don't know what JKD is. After seeing people use it you believe it's more Wing Chun, you ever heard of Sanshou some say it's like JKD because they both share similar concepts that also relate to MMA, Punching, kicking, elbow, knee strike, grappling, and joint locks all techniques needed to fight properly in a form that doesn't follow traditional value and more free fighting.

  • @Flyingtart

    1. Read your older comments you tried to put out Mas Oyama and Kyokushin the father of MMA.

    2. What does it matter that there are more Kyokushin than JKD? By how much do you even think Kyokushin was spread compared to JKD?

    3. Are you saying MMA is a martial art? After seeing you ask "Is there even full conteact sparring in JKD" I think that says enough that you don't know what JKD is.

  • @SunWukong4

And don't tell me "JKD is a concept, not a fighting style so you cannot compare". Because that's like saying "Kung Fu is a state of mind, not a martial art and therefore everyone who is hard achieving is actually doing Kung Fu". That's really twisting the term dude.

  • @SunWukong4

    1. I don't even remember me writing that kyokushin is the father of MMA

    2. There are more Kyokushin schools than there are jkd schools, also more practicioneers, so I guess that Oyama after all was more successful at spreading his martial art than Lee

    3. Full contact karate has had much more impact on MMA (K1 for example and considering the ammount of famous full contact karate fighters in MMA) than JKD ever had. Is there even full contact sparring in JKD?

  • @kord127 Ever heard of Sanshou.

  • @Flyingtart 1.) Real JKD is like MMA not suppose to be an actual martial art, Todd Medina knew how to use JKD and his was more JJ.2.) Erik Paulson, Tim Boetsch, Ben Saunders, and Jérôme Le Banner they may not be as famous as Bas and George but they count as MMartist with JKD background.3.) Only people too sucked in by Kyokushin would ever think it was the father of MMA(For some reason you switched to "Gracie+Vale Tudo")Bruce brought JKD world wide US and East and more VT&G were all in Brazil

  • @SunWukong4

And no I did never fabricate anything I mentioned.

  • @SunWukong4

    1. There are Jeet Kune Do clubs all over the world

    2. Their training looks nothing like MMA practice

    3. There are many famous MMA fighters with Kyokushin background (compared to Jeet Kune Do, lol.

    4. People like you are somehow crediting MMA to Bruce Lee and Jeet Kune Do. What the fuck? No holds barred fighting existed before Lee, and Gracie+Vale Tudo are the ones to credit.

  • wayof dragon , kunfu is very stylish, unlike karate just like in m4 vs ak ; kunfu is better for movies
