Colorado Dragon Boat Festival 2010: Lao Buddhist Youth vs. Got Pho

Sorry for the screaming. Malina is very loud, and she was supporting our kiddos!:)

The race course is set up at an angle so you can't tell who's in the lead or not, but our kiddos won! Not that you couldn't figure that out already! Ha.

At the end of the Festival:
Lao Buddhist Youth - Gold
Got Pho? - Silver
PASCO Pinoy Dragons - Bronze

Yes i was... :) i was the latino who couldnt say "pho" right... lol... and ive actually been talking to some other members of Got Pho these last couple of weeks and they dont know if theyre racing either. A lot of them have vacation plans or are getting set for college so the team might not be anywhere close to being the same people... kinda sad actually... we became so close over over those few weeks... but we'll see what happens :)

@BenBoricua Haha, I think I remember now.. it's been awhile though. Lol Haha, yeah it's rough. And it sucks to go out and try to recruit people who want to do it. I raced for 3 years so I know what you mean. Hopefully things will work out. And if not, you should still go. I'll be there, I'm there every year.

@BenBoricua you were on Got Pho? Well hello! And Yes it was such a tight race. As for the kiddos not racing next year... it's up in the air. This year was a last minute decision too, but we'll see for next year. A lot of the kiddos, or the ones who have been doing this since forever don't want to do it anymore. And we don't push them to o it either. So looks like it depends on how many ppl want to do it. We'll see!
