Congrats on your thru hike on the Appalachian Trail!! :-)!
In 2009 I was actually going to do it myself, but I ended up going to WA to climb MT Rainier, it was awesome! :-)!
Anyhow, I just wanted to ask you if you would ever consider hiking The Wonderland Trail? It is only 97 miles around MT Rainier, but it it is great hike!
I hope some day I have the chance to do the APT.

You go girl! I am a male and love solo hikes. Some times I get creeped out but then I think about the fact that I live in the city. Then I know I am safe. There are much more riskier places to be.

whoa! thinking about doing this, and i'm really nervous. the longest i've hiked and camped was three days. does anyone know a blog and/or website where i can get tips from female thru-hikers! thanks :) and this video was helpful, so i'm thumbing it up.
