I wouldn't mind it so much if it were just teens and adults around there. But as employees at a theme park that has small children around(It is Disney), it seems a bit...unproffessional to curse when a child is right there.
If the employee has little patience, a theme park filled with brats isn't the place to be working at.
Of course...that's just my own 2 cents/opinion. -Waits to be pelted-
