He doesn't rap about the common things most rappers rap about these days (girls, money, partying) he makes music about his life and people can relate to it. His wordplay is genuine and his flow is crazy. He pretty much tops any artist that is out right now so yes he is a rap legend and just because you think he's "wack" doesn't make him wack.
