Serpent in the sky!#2

Could this thing be a balloon like many have said? I think it isn't, I don't know what it was but it was here for a reason. Most people want to know the truth but could they handled it? I just saw one of these in san francisco right before my swim from alcatraz at 8am Sept 13th, 09 in, fully visible dark object cylentrical moving around just like this, nobody on the ferry knew what it was or ever saw one before. I couldn't believe what i was seeing or what i was about to do which was swim 1.5 miles to shore from alcatraz island in a race then run 7 miles once making it to shore

Some people have called it a snake like object. It sure has that appearance, one of the astronaut's saw one as he orbited the earth, and saw a snake like object also.
