@PhatLarkin He was a missionary and street preacher for the better part of his life and you are saying do more. Are you a nun or monk? And it sounds to me like someone took several different PW sermons and edited them together, so some of what he is saying would be more evenly understood in context.

I mean, really. He offers no better version of Christianity. He simply puts down every over Church.

I dnt think he is daming anyone, I think we dam ourselfs when we dnt dilentgently seek and follow God ourselfs we sit in front of preacher who ONLY tell us wut we want to hear. This man is not lie n.

@slyer72 He was more than simply the atoning sacrifice. By saying that I'm wrong that Christ's teachings are the way to salvation, you make out like everybody & anybody who believes the story, is going to Heaven. "Even the demons do believe, and tremble." I'll show you my faith by my works according to the teachings of Christ.

Be careful my friend. Many shall be deceived.

Yes, He is the atoning sacrifice & believing on Him is the start but then... Change is required & following His way.

@slyer72 You seem to have misinterpreted my comment. Sacrifices WERE important but now they're not. It's my understanding that the sacrifice came when they had remorse.The best of the flock was given to show submission & faith & yes, remorse, along with the rest. It's not that "it helped Israel have remorse" but it gave them an opportunity to show Him THEIR remorse!

You make it sound like anyone & everyone who's human is off the hook! You don't get it!

"For the wages of sin is death" God didn't ask for sacrfices because it helped israel have remorse for their sin or iniquity. The sacrifices were essential for the atonement of their sin. It was a practice given unto israel by God. An authoritative practice. And you also make it sound like Christ saved mankind by his teachings. No! He was the atoning sacrifice for our sins, that is why we can be saved
