Little Dragons BJJ Spider Web Drill

Something I have been working on with the kids to start the year. It has some of the fundamental skills for keeping the mount and we begin like this, step by step learning the details of each skill. Then they get to mix it up so it is not in a set order, but random to get the kids responding the right way as needed and then we just isolate the mount and let them spar where one has to keep it and one has to escape it.
