At the first ever Lake Superior Place, Annual General Meeting, Alice Sabourin's Aboriginal Youth Performed spoken art, hoop dance and singing accapalla when the music fails. Join them in the celebration of where the lake, land and people meet, on Lake Superior.
The performance was organized by Beedaubin Resources, in conjunction with Dennis Franklin Cromarty High School and the Neighourhood Capacity Building Project. The poetry and songs, dances were selected to reflect the theme of Lake Superior, and our relationship with it. The youth were supported by Rob Spade and Alice Sabourin. "Water is your best medicine, it will never defeat you." Words of wisdom from the late Richard Sabourin.
The singer at the end has a mint voice! Keep it up :P

This is an international site, most of are not in your country, can you tell us where is Lake Superior? Isn't 2007 a bit late for the first ever event like this? You should do more, that hoop routine is cool! I don't see anyone fat, it's neurotic to say so, just do more physical stuff and eat less cheese if you are unhappy with your physique,it's no big deal. You all look really cute and will remember this day when you are older, with some laughs!
