this crossover shouldn't be practiced like this. the crossover step is something you don't train intentionally, because it does have one major downside. if your opponent sees you do it too much, he will play two shots in a row to the same corner and that will completely wrong foot you if you do a crossover step every single time. that is why it must be a natural thing to do, only in the correct circumstances, and shouldn't be mechanized to the point that you do it every single time.

@jiggaluv123 you're exactly right. You can tell by his shots that this guy is a player. The only thing I would add to this drill is the split step when he recovers to the cone.

lol i love all the haters posting here, nothing but trolls. If you know how to play tennis, and you are good at it, you would say that this guy is good. The guy knows how to play, period. If you disagree, then I am sure you suck badly at tennis.
