Soviet Crystal Radio -vintage antique- came from Lviv, LCF School LCFSchool Ukraine and was giving to us by our friends in 2004. We don't know much about the origin of the unit. If you know about this unit please contact us at the LCF group, in Floyd Virginia. The LCF Group has extensive historical collection of microcomputers, calculators and radios. Our plans are to have a full museum here in Floyd, Virginia. It is very interesting to work with this kind of collection and we meet many wonderful people with interest in seeing these items. We invite you to come to our mountain community and enjoy some the history of the Appalachian Mountains . See http://www.floydfolks.org for information on our area and all the things to see and do. • @hla27b Hi Thank you for this information - I have not been back to Ukraine for 4 years but hope to make another trip in the future. Dave KK4WW Historical Microcomputer Collector.

  • We are in the Appalachian Music community of Floyd Virginia - I am also making a small museum display of some of my computers available to the public in the Village Green. We are on the "Blue Ridge Parkway" & " The Crooked Road - Virginia's Heritage Music Trail" . A lot of good things here - drop in and see us sometime. Also if you are biker this is a big stop over for riders on the Blue Ridge Parkway - Dave

  • the date is 23 янв from январ wich mens january this what i could see inside

  • That 's a very nice old radio!

    The label reads:

    "3-D Radio-front (or possibly Radio-frost)

    Moscow Suvorovskaya 29."

Suvorovskaya 29 is probably the adress in Moscow were the radio company was located.

  • Nice, another cool old crystal radio! I'd love to see a demonstration of this radio and the De Forest radio actually operating.
