Basics of what you need to accomplish this look:
-black base (gel or cream liner, black bean NYX Jumbo Eye pencil, a paint pot, or eyeliner)
-black eyeshadow
-lots & lots of glitter ! (:
-rhinestones (optional)
-mascara
-false lashes if desired
- + crazy careless hair! (:

i did almost the same thing for haloween but mine was alot cheeper in thw haloween section there was a glitter kit for 4 bucks and it has glitter pigments and glitter eyeliner rinestones and glitter mascerra and i got eyelashes and glue and i was done like seven bucks at the most maby ?
