i have no idea how to get lorelei to return. i read that you have to beat team rocket on island4 but then it says you cant get to the islands until u beat the elite four. that makes no sense.

You beat the E4 for the first time, then beat team rocket on four island to get Lorelei to return to the e4 for a rematch.

no, 3 are ice/water types, one is ice/psychic, and one is water/psychic - so 4/5 ARE ice, technically.
