@taffysaur I think he was absent that day in school when they discussed the Revolutionary war and the Paris Peace Treaty of 1783. We the people are sovereign to our government which means free from the federal government, we own the government and we can make changes to it as we see fit. I guess if you are a dictator, it has no meaning for you. It's ok if you don't know what it means, but the President should or is suppose to know what sovereignty or sovereign means.

If i were an Indian I would have even harsher words for you...typical republican, U never admit when your wrong...if Bush came out on CNN today and just said Sorry America.....sorry for the wars, sorry for my no child left behind policy that was an utter failure and sorry for my tax cuts and sorry for my prescribtion drug policy...I should have consulted my father. This is classic. Not as easy a question as it might seem, but he really bonked on the answer. He just said the most obvious thing possible. He might as well have said: "Well the sky is blue, and since it is blue and the sky is the sky, they have to work together as a blue sky." lol
