@alkimst13 Jesus Christ. That's a bit much. Now, I am far from a fat girl (I'm a little over 5 feet tall and weigh 108 lbs. If anything I could use to gain a bit of weight.) but someone's body weight is not definitive of their worth as a human being. Obesity is very unhealthy, but fat women are ostracized far too much in our society, and being physically unhealthy does not mean that one is less of a human being than anyone else. Cool the fuck down.

Everyone who is being all " just lose some freaking weight" to @heinzrichz, it just not that simple. U can't just join a gym and magically drop weight In a couple days. Especially when your not in that lifestyle. You can't just yell at her to up and lose weight; either say something supportive or don't say anything. Probably the best decision for that situation is to start small by going on a light diet, then intense the diet a tiny bit more and so on, and THEN start excercising by starting wi
