  • hello.. i wanna know, what app is better? Documents to go or Quick Office?? i wanna can edit and create news documents in any moment... i have a 10.2 flytouch android tablet and i wanna buy the full version key and i wanna be sure what is the best... i REALLYYYYYY need your help.. thanks!

  • @kkyta18 I am not familiar with Quick Office but I can tell you that I still use Documents to Go today.

I mainly use it for taking notes in Word and don’t really use the excel or PPT formats unless I am viewing other files.

I typically don’t create spreadsheets or presentations on my tablet I will do that on my PC. However Documents to Go is great for viewing and presenting .xls or .ppt files.

  • Great presentation, I recently purchase a Samsung Galaxy 10.1 and would like to know if I will be able to print documents using the "Document to Go" app

  • @Dyanna2220 I don’t see a way to print directly from the app. I typically send whatever I work on to my work computer and print from there.

I believe there are some Bluetooth file transfer and print apps. that might work as well. Look into Cloud Print or PrinterShare Mobile Print. I haven’t used them but they look ok.

  • Do you have to be at a wi fi hot spot to use internet? I use my blackberry Storm to tether to my lap top to get internet at home thru the USB port. Can I use my Storm and tether to use the internet?

  • @kaloa291 This is a great question but...I am not sure of the answer. Next week I am getting a new android phone which has the capability to create its own hot spots. So I will be running some tests and learning about that. I know we have an engineer the works remote and she uses her phone to tether her laptop and connect to the internet but I am not sure of the particulars. I am sure you tried searching in google...any good results?

  • whit this app i can open files on office 2007? and can open adjunt files from gmail or hotmail???

  • @heinzkitzvelvet the screen has been easy to use. I like that I can use a stylus or any other "object" to touch and activate the screen. Since most of the android apps are made for phones...I noticed they do adjust quite well to the larger tablet size however sometimes the sensativity might be off. My assumption; the developer has not enhanced the application for the larger tablet screen area. The screen is not as sensative and quick to respond as an iPad but it is just fine for me and my needs.

  • I've read reviews that say the screen isn't as sensitive and easy to work with as a more expensive capacitive touch screen. But u seem to be scrolling the screen with ease. How is your experience with this resistive touch screen? Ez to live with or a bit of a pain.
