All these major companies want their employees to work for nothing.If companies do not step up and pay a fair wage,there will be blood in the streets in America.Non union trash companies do not pay shit.They deserve to go out of business if they forget the ones who do the dirty work.

It is not about looking for more than you are worth. A successful company, in a free market, should reward it's employees and not suffocate them.
A poor company will bankrupt itself without a union. You know it and I know it. Some of the most successful and longest lasting companies were union shops. I work in one of them.

The union helps to negotiate a fair wage for the employee, if the union did not negotiate fair wages for Churchill or CF then I'm fairly sure someone would have stepped up to their leadership.
