  • I would love this but, like what most people say, $80!? You gotta be having a laugh right? Its all very well and good saying they cost a lot to produce but why can carts like battle kid be sold at $30 and this is $80? I mean, dont say the extra $50 went on a box, or even the dip switches (if it has them even)...

  • @madcapoperator Yeah I kinda hear ya, RetrowareTV doesn't make these so I can't say for sure but I know the owner of RetroUSB paid A TON of money to get that original campus challenge board as its really really rare.. He then had to do a lot of custom coding/hardware configuring to get that board to work with the snes boards he has.

  • Now what is the next "holy grail" competition cart from Retrozone? Star Fox's competition cart? The Donkey Kong Country competition cart? And when can WE get our grubby hands on the same tools they used to make these repros for the SNES? (Since they don't have an email of note I'm asking here instead)

  • Retrozone sucks.

I mean, I appreachiate what they do, but why is it that they haven't came out with a Super Mario Brothers 2 Japan cart yet? But they had time to make "Pirate Booty"?

Is their legal reasons? I would've guessed that, but why can they have this "Nintendo" branded cart.

  • It's glad to see Retroware TV producing so many videos as of lately. It had passed a long time since I subscribed to it and nothing new was on the works...

  • 80 bucks? Jesus, I may as well try to buy the actual competition cartridge at that point.

  • When are they coming out with a powerfest 94 cart? I think that is the last competition cart left.

  • Cool, I didn't know there was a Snes version too.

  • cheers bro another awesome video i will have to order some of this gems even if they are not an original they love very well made cheers bro and thanks for sharing huge thumbs up cya
