i thought mj assigned those lawyers to be over his estate in his will because he didn't want his family controlling it.

@MikcheYAH John Branca was fired by MJ in 2003, so why did he have the will? Plus, the will is suspected to be faked because it says MJ was in LA when he was with Al Sharpton in NY with video proof and the signature is a wikipedia template signature of MJ that was used on other documents. Well, the bottomline considering there's still no name on his grave, not listed in Forest Lawn website, last photo in ambulance is fake, no open casket plus 100's more clues leads to MJ faked his death.

if those CHILDREN are robbed twice, by NOT getting MICHEAL's estate, then its a form of child abuse to me. they have already been tormented with the nasty things said about their Dad, then he was MURDERED. JUSTICE need to be served for the REAL Jackson family.

I agree with this gentleman - Joe does have a God given right to protect his son. Michael forgave and loved Joe, so should we. This is breaking my heart, I can't imagine what Michael's family is going through.

Good point Pearl! The family members always say it was a conspiracy by AEG to murder him, but they expect Murray to take the fall? If it is possible that Murray was given hush money by AEG then it is possible that he was given hush money by the Michael Jackson estate that has grossed $1 Billion since his "death". ;)

I totally agree with you. Joe does have that rightand no one should try to stop him. People need to realize that. MJ loved Joe and vice versa. Respect the man.Don't trash him because he is looking out for HIS SON.

@Savvy3333 The percentage may be debatable. After the restructuring, the control was not, meaning Sony had the upper hand. In the end, I think you and I are on the same page.

@TheMsSzilla If the loans had defaulted MJ's stake or part of it could have been sold to someone else, another person or another company. Sony would not have wanted that to happen. The deal also gave Sony a bigger stake and an option to purchase any shares that Michael might want to sell in the future and really, Sony gained total control of the Sony ATV catalog. Michael still had the loans, they didn't go away.
