Before the mass migration of illegal immigrants into the US, English was the only language used and needed to conduct business however, due to the influx of illegals from MX, now in order to be competitive in business in the SW, you have to be bilingual because most immigrants from MX are too lazy to learn English. What part of that don't you understand?

I think it's the other way around. because there is an old saying in business and that is "A man who knows two languages is worth twice as much as one man".
