Very very interesting; I built a cnc machine myself too; now I built a rotary axis that I connect to the Y axis and I noticed that in Mach3 one complete rotation of it corresponds to a movement of 2mm in the DRO; the gear of my rotary axis has a reduction of 1:3 (10 teeth on the motor and 30 teeth on the chuck). Now I wonder if all of my project must be "shrinked" in 2mm. Where is the mistake?
