Skyrim Mod - Immersive HUD (iHUD) v 1.0

HUD when you need. HIDE when you don't.

I finally got to a stage I considered the mod worthy of official release, so here is version 1 of the Immersive HUD mod:

What is iHUD?

The aim of iHUD is to provide the immersive feel you get from having no HUD, whilst keeping the usefulness of having one. It takes the permanantly visible HUD elements such as compass and crosshair, and hides them when not needed. Hence the motto:

HUD when you need. HIDE when you don't.

@Agresif There are two different readme files, a description page, a forum full of helpful people and three videos where I explain it in depth. I am not sure what else needs explaining or how I could possibly explain it anymore without doing house calls.

hmm I dont know,dont like the idea of going blind with the horse with no compass.Remember that a compass is an ancient tool also.

@WildBerserker1 See the next video in this playlist about iHUD 1.1. I added a toggle key option so you can now see the compass whilst on horseback.

Is it possible to add in heart beats when your health is low and your character gasping for air when stamina is low? I think if you added this there is no need for a health bar or a stamina bar.

@4Skyrim With the creation kit I think so. Then perhaps the stamina/health bars should not unless you hit the toggle key.

Awesome mod. Really cleans up the screen. The only problem I have is that the crosshair won't disappear :(
