  • @encountertv Conversations with delusional people are never easy, you assume God exsists without evidence and believe your healings to be correct and true, therefore we can't really continue.

  • @encountertv You are completely delusional. Send your 'findings' to the all the local news networks, if this is true, it would surely make national news, not ot mention a complete 360 on what we know on physics and medical science. I'm denying it, because it is impossible. You have papers, probably certified by people as equally delusioned as you, if you were to show your results to real scientists and doctors perhaps I would believe you (especially non religious ones).

  • @peterlikesthis That is a deeply flawed presupposition, which I would be glad to discuss with you. You must understand that you could deny these until blue in the face, but they happen. Now, as to why and how they happen, I, of course, would be open to debate with you. But to simply deny them based on an idea is bad logic. I have the papers, and I have the people-healed people. And you have not yet explained how the non-occurrence of an amputee miracle nullifies the ones that do happen.

  • @peterlikesthis You don't have to believe it for i to be so. I already have the verification for that. You're ignoring that fact. Sorry this wasn't as easy as you anticipated. If the "Amputee" argument is your best, I am encouraged. The flock's doctors would not have reported them to be healed out of "pressure" as you describe. Things that should not be healed are being healed. There's no getting around that. And your logic is merely based on a presupposition that God does not exist.

  • @encountertv I don't believe that these people were genuinely healed. Ignoring facts? What facts? I mentioned amputation, specifically because it is part of the argument which best refutes the concept of miracles. God doesn't heal amputees, there has been no scientific account of this, ever. Your 'flock' will of course tell you they have been healed, they feel compelled to accept/agree with any sentiments put on them, they fear being an outcast - from the ministry and god. That's logical.

  • @peterlikesthis And, finally, the idea that an amputee has never been healed cannot in itself be proven. On the other hand, I can give you several accounts of this phenomenon occurring. But who decided that this was the plumb line for testing accounts of miraculous healing? MS, Blindness, Deafness, Nerve Damage and even paralysis have all been healed under this ministry. How is it that because one such healing, specified by you, does not happen, that the ones that do happen are nullified?

  • @peterlikesthis Secondly, and for example, take the young man who was healed of MS at this meeting. There is no cure for MS, yet they found that his MS was completely gone. The young man was assisted into the service, and left on his own. To say that a spontaneous and "random" healing occurred wholly apart from what was being done in the service, would be to appeal to an extremely unlikely odd, especially since such a high percentage of those who attend these recover "unexplainably".

  • @peterlikesthis I have no idea who is marking your comments as spam. I apologize for that. However, there are problems with your logic. Firstly, you are ignoring the fact that these people are actually healed. That is testable and has already been verified. As to "how" they were healed, I am in a much better position to tell you why. If everyone who is healed under this ministry is healed by suggestion, as you say, then they are still healed. So even if that were the case, this is no scam.

  • 0:38 'And the pain's completely gone' - response (a reluctant affirmation of this statement as a result of an already cheering crowd). The mind is easily manipulated, and makes things real.

  • @encountertv Four words: suggestion, adrenaline, peer pressure, emotional manipulation. If these videos are supposed to be proof of divine power, show me an amputee growing their leg back. Then - I will not only eat my words, I will convert to a christian, subscribe to your channel and send your videos to everyone I know.
