Barbara Boxer of being "racial" for citing the NAACP's support of clean energy and climate legislation, takes "offense as an African American and a veteran," and asks why she doesn't quote an "Asian" instead.

He later says, "Let me speak for the African-American community, because I am African American."

His organization, which opposes limits on global warming pollution, has received over $350,000 from Exxon Mobil.
