XNA Reflection Refraction with SunBurn Engine - Complete

Finished version of the WIP I posted last week all told we spent three and a half days on this example, mainly on tweaking the assets and nit-picking over the visuals. :)

"We've had requests for a reflection / refraction SunBurn example, so we put this scene together last Thursday and Friday. It still needs one or two additions - most notably an entrance where there is currently a hole in the wall.

But overall the example is nearly complete and looking good."
