I don't see how thats gonna speed up the computer. You are just changing the housing. The real deal is reconfig the os, its components etc, that will make a diff along with the hardware.

i found out in the end why the computer runs faster coz of the of air flow... The new casing is better with air circulation and the old one can't really get air into it... it is why last time the when it is in it's old casing it's so hot..
