The old casing had a really bad air circulation and the whole casing was hot all the time. When i changed to the new casing, it was much faster and the casing is slightly warm all the time... :)
By the way, i set the captions on the windows start up duration wrongly, the first video supposed to be 3 minutes and the last video is suppose to be exactly 1 minute...
My computer spec:
Acer Veriton 5200 (Pentium 4)
1.7Ghz, 512MB SDRAM, 128MB ATI Radeon graphics, 60GB HDD...
Running windows vista enterprise

  • it amazes me that people think 1.7 GHz means a computer is slow.

  • it is....

  • the video is not clear

  • Sorry coz I'm using my phone's camera... This is what i can only afford

  • I don't see how thats gonna speed up the computer. You are just changing the housing. The real deal is reconfig the os, its components etc, that will make a diff along with the hardware.

  • i found out in the end why the computer runs faster coz of the of air flow... The new casing is better with air circulation and the old one can't really get air into it... it is why last time the when it is in it's old casing it's so hot..
