Protect marriage. We need to protect the kids. The kids that see mommy or daddy only on the weekends because divorce is rampant these days.

What these people really mean is "we hate gays, so keep them from getting married". It's not about the 'definition' of marriage, because god knows that straight people are altering the definition of marriage all by themselves... "Till death do us part" anyone?

I hate to see the widespread hypocrisy in churches about remarriage.

As a Christian, who attends church regularly, I have fought this battle alone here for ages. This vid is a parody, but so is most modern marriage, IMO. I am sterile and 57, but my church would marry me to a divorced man; I have attended numerous remarriages of people who are in my age group and are therefore NOT going to make new babies, so it's not about children nor "til death parts us".

It makes me sick with anger.

And then they say SSM is a step too far? BAH!!!

REAL marriage is lifelong!
