So I'm sore, exhausted, but still resilient in these first few days. So far I've lost 6 lbs and the body needs time off to repair and build a base to launch from. I definitely want to do P90X but I feel like it was a bit more than I should try to do as of now. I'm going to try to come back to it in 2 weeks. But ya. Rest Rest Rest...

    i dont know if anyones ever told you this, and i guess its sort of off topic but, if your spine or even middle of your back hurts - dont use warm stuff. heat is the enemy of your vertebrae. itll mess up your back even more and cause more pain. try and ice it. i know you mentioned back pain and your nighttime remedy, just thought id mention this too. might be useful to you sometime

  • i need to gain a olsen twin. i'm 5'9 and only weigh 135 pounds

  • For sore muscles use Tiger Balm, it's like a mix between a massage (it gets rid of the soreness until you work out again) and an Icy-Hot pack because it gets really cold then hot- you can find it at Walgreens

  • I am on a diet too and I have learned since April that no matter how sore you are, you cant stop to rest the next day. Even if you only exercise from 5-10 minutes that day its better than nothing because you are building your endurance. I know it stings and I know it hurts believe me but its worth it when you build your endurance and speed up your metabolism.

  • @kleinesmaenchen now you know what it's like to have a metabolism that doesn't let go of fat. very frustrating
