Description:
The pharmaceutical company Merck claimed that it's drug Vioxx was not responsible for heart problems in their patients, however, upon further research it was discovered that Vioxx patients who experienced plaque bursts were not able to heal as well as non-Vioxx patients. They experienced a blockage that prevented further blood flow through the heart.

Visualizations Produced:
Fearless Eye generated a 3D heart to orient the viewer before zooming deep into the internal workings of the heart to illustrate how blood moves through the heart. Once normal flow is established, plaque build-up in the heart bursts and the body reacts, first, the way it would in a normal body and second, the way it would in a person taking Vioxx.
