Animal Crossing City Folk Town Progress videos

How will i be doing the progress videos?

I will be recording everything i do while i go on ACCF and will make a final video showing what i did after i did all the work. This way and can take snippets from the recordings to help make the video more interesting by also showing what i've done instead of just having said "i did this and that".

Will you be allowing people into your town?

This is something that solely depends one whether or not i feel that i should open it up to public view before it's actually complete. For now, the answer will be no. The only form of seeing it will be shown through the videos until i feel the time is right.

What will you be covering?

Good question young one. I will be covering pretty well the essentials when it comes to building a good, and nice town. This includes layouts, decorations, getting easy bells and etc. Basically, this can be considered a good in-depth guide to Animal Crossing my way.

Will you be posting it in the description again like the Town Fountain FAQ?

Hell no. This time it's all commentary. Good and useful notes will be noted in the description of each video of course. If you want to get it all, then make sure that you also read the description of each video, like i'll be directing for this video as well. I've directed you here of course.

Why did you talk about all this stuff in video?

I wanted to talk about something else in particular, one of the reasons why i wanted to show my town progress in the first place. of course, since i covered it via commentary, there's no point in repressing myself in the description.

How many videos will this be spanning

I have no number in mind as of yet. The planning for the town will fit together over time. That's how it went for my old town and that's how it goes usually with most of my projects unless i have a clear vision of what i want to do, which for this project i don't yet. So to answer your question, i have no set amount of videos for this project.

What are your primary sources of information that will be used during this project?

I will be using my own knowledge, as well as additional knowledge from Animal Crossing oriented databases such as Wikias and the likes. I will of course give credit to the articles or sources i use and will link them in the description and annotation form on videos where i cite them.

I believe this is enough of a Q&A session, so i'll leave it off here. Just look forward to this project of mine. Don't be afraid to point things out, or comment on some things i do, ask questions etc :)

  • Thanks man. I forgot how much I loved Animal Crossing. The amount of hours I put into the DS was crazy.

I'd love to see some fishing/bug tourney videos. Keep up the Animal Crossing videos. It's great to see something other than COD on YouTube.
