Never-before-seen video of the aftermath of the shooting of Oscar Grant by former BART Police Officer Johannes Mehserle taken by bystander Tommy Cross and introduced into evidence in Mehserle's murder trial. The video has been enhanced by the Alameda County District Attorney's Office.

This clip shows events after the shooting.

This is the entirety of "Clarified Cross 2.mpg" as released by the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
