This is a compilation of the work I executed in Motion Design 1, an introduction class in After Effects at Art Center, Pasadena, CA. My instructor was Dario V. DiClaudio, who was very helpful and an interesting guy. The exercises are somewhat basic, but I found them to be a good foundation to build upon. I spent about 2-4 hours per week for homework, so if you can't handle that outside of your day job, it might not be worth your time and money to take the class. Even after taking this course, I find that I still need to consult with my coworkers (who are AE veterans) for more technical and complicated tricks, so don't expect to have your own "The Work of Director" dvd any time soon. To sum it up, this class is great if you're already a pretty good print designer (Photoshop/Illustrator skills are a must) but want to get into motion design.
nice idea.. :D
