Every nation has to right to keep an EYE on the waters.
ALL have to obey the law, no one is above the law, everything is relative to a certain extent but not all countries have the same laws in place.....true but those modern countries with Constitutions are relatively close know that it is a continual plight to fight to hold the lines in every aspect of the law for it's Citizens and Guests.

Barr is great for the simple reason is that he does NOT flip-flop. When he changes his opinion, he admits that he was wrong and mistaken at first.

I agree to what you say to an extent, but the point is that they can if they want to, and they shouldn't have that power. It shouldn't even be on the table. Sure it's unlikely, but it's still bullshit.
