Pete Davison used the Oozeki Net to find Mesopelagic Fish (Deep Sea) and see the effect of plastic on them. SEAPLEX scientists aboard the Scripps Institution of Oceanography vessel, New Horizon, were out to study the plastic and marine debris issue facing our ocean. Project Kaisei helped fund this expedition and Annie Crawley from Dive Into Your Imagination was aboard to document hoping to change the way a new generation views our ocean.
