obviously this movie is not based on real life, can the car nerds stop ranting about horse power now?

not a 600HP Supercharged car in 1979... Against a Suzuki...
-
Movie.....This car was already slow in 1979 .....

@ikefemula Retard, it's symbolism. Max is the best driver of the MFP, and he is in their best vehicle. No one escapes!!! THATS THE WHOLE POINT OF THE MOVIE!!!!!!!!
-
No! This is a movie ........
-
@ikefemula It's meant to be a reflection of how powerful and fast the "Last of the V8 Intercepters" actually is. No one can get away, thats the symbolism of it anyway.

I'm surprised nobody asked about TC's eyeballs popping out.
Why would a career biker whip off his goggles, doing over 120 mph?
-
@Doublespazer Totally wrong, he was hellbent on revenge, just like 99% of people would be if they had their family and best friend murdered by the same group of guys. In the Road Warrior he's just a bitter asshole whos only forced into helping the others, theres little or nothing heroic about him in the second film.
This film is an example of great stuns and why movies shouldnt rely so much on CGI!!!!

Toecutter had a big lead, Toecutter would not get caught up.
Max could not finish it so quickly.
