DOA XBox 360 Elite

Just bought the new Elite last night to replace my other broken Xbox with a similar problem. This is what happened when I hooked it up. Sometimes it will read the disk and sometimes it doesn't. But it always sounds like a screaming banshee on crack regardless.

Sorry for the bad quality, all I had available at the time was a cheap camera that can record videos. The sound doesn't come through as loud and "grindy" as it really is when your sitting in the same room with the Xbox but it should get the point across anyway.

I guess I am stuck playing the Wii for now.

My friend went through 5 360s! He is on his sixth one!!! He says the guy at the game store told him to only play xbox for 4 hours max, due to massive overheating problems, apparently the xbox doesnt shut it self off when it overheats like the PS3 does! LOL
