  • Where do you go for this? I've always wanted to be a SEAL, might as well see if I'm athletic enough.

  • Its all competition, fight for the same country, I run a 1.5 in 8:30, 23 pull ups, 127 crunches and I can do 114 push ups and thats not even part of my IST, so stop calling each other weak and stuff and props for Sherman

  • @kulehaha im guessing you have a stronger lower body cuz css is allotta kicking.

  • New stats are: 7:50 swim, 119 pushups, 93 sit ups :( 15 pull ups and 9:44 1.5 mile

  • @kulehaha i start with 4 breast, 2 css, 4 breast, 2 css, 4 breast 4 css. new time as of last week is now a 7:50. (css=combat swim stroke aka side stroke). The record for my state is a 6:30 something and the guy used all CSS and took him three strokes per length. you just gotta sprint it and when you get tired just keep moving.

  • thats fuckin weak bro. im an official candidate shipping in december and i swim a 8:20, 100 pushups 105 sit ups 15 pull ups and a 10:25 1.5 mile... and im 17

  • actualy you must do better then the standards here to even be considered competitive in the navy seals.. i thik.... the run was 9 min to be compeititive. 20 pull ups. 70 push up and 70 sit ups. cant remember swim time though
