For his test for Master's (4th Degree) Mr. Moore had to complete 4 breaks with out error. This is the third of four successful breaks and demonstrates speed and accuracy. The board is tossed into the air so there is nothing restraining it. If the speed of the strike is too slow, it simply sends the board flying or at best breaks it when it hits the floor. Since it is moving the practitioner must adjust the aim of his or her strike to hit the center of the board. This technique therefore combines speed and accuracy.
