I'm a bus driver in Columbus, OH and everyone knows, you text when the bus is STOPPED at bus stops. NEVER when the bus is moving. Wow.

I'm from the UK and drive a bus also and the punishment you suggest dose not fit the crime. If I needed to use my phone then I would have to shut down the bus and stand outside the cab. And the only real time you should be useing your phone is if your radio isn't working or you couldn't get through to control.
