@NerfLad I simply don't believe that story. I've seen Phil many times Live from 78' on and have seen countless older videos from 69 on and there is no way he couldn't play those in his sleep. Either the engineer was telling a tall tale or Peart is playing them slower than what he heard on the recording (would be nice to know the exact song he's talking about).
He was a big influence on me many years ago but I don't see him playing anything that isn't human in that preview.

There's always one random song when I go to a concert (that I don't expect) that sticks with me... for the first leg of the time machine tour Time Stand Still is that song.

@TdrumsRHCP He seems like he's be using EC2s or something...I truly believe the only reason he uses them is because he gets them free so he can beat the crap out of them and Gump can put new heads on every night.
